Gluten Free Brownies
Seriously, how good are brownies? I am yet to meet someone who doesn’t love them.
This recipe is the best simply because it is gluten free. Living in an age where so many people are intolerant of gluten or simply choose not to eat it these brownies are great to take to parties, to the office to share with colleagues and of course lunch boxes and kids parties!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Caster Sugar
- 1/4 cup Cocoa
- 1/2 cup Almond Meal
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt Flakes
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 180 degrees, grease 20cm square tin and line with baking paper (important, do it)
- Melt butter and chocolate in saucepan on low heat.
- Stir until melted, remove from heat, wait 30 secs before adding egg, sugar and rest of the ingredients.
- Combine well. Pour into prepared tin and bake 35 minutes or until done (skewers test to centre - come out with most crumbs clinging).
- Set aside to cool completely (couple of hours at least before cutting to get smooth edges).
