Superfood berries oatmeal

Easy, filling and healthy breakfast that can be prepared the night before.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Organic oatmeal
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp 5 spices
  • 1/3 cup Coconut palm sugar
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 2 Organic eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tbs Coconut oil
  • 1 Apple
  • Mixed berries
  • Walnuts
  • 1 tsp Baking powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven.
  • In a medium bowl mix all the dry ingredients.
  • In another bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, vanilla and coconut oil.
  • Add the berries and walnuts to the mix, place in baking dish and bake for 35 to 40 mins.
