Superfood berries oatmeal
Easy, filling and healthy breakfast that can be prepared the night before.
Ingredients
- 2 cup Organic oatmeal
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp 5 spices
- 1/3 cup Coconut palm sugar
- 2 cup Milk
- 2 Organic eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 tbs Coconut oil
- 1 Apple
- Mixed berries
- Walnuts
- 1 tsp Baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven.
- In a medium bowl mix all the dry ingredients.
- In another bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, vanilla and coconut oil.
- Add the berries and walnuts to the mix, place in baking dish and bake for 35 to 40 mins.
