- 2 cup Organic oatmeal
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp 5 spices
- 1/3 cup Coconut palm sugar
- 2 cup Milk
- 2 Organic eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 tbs Coconut oil
- 1 Apple
- Mixed berries
- Walnuts
- 1 tsp Baking powder
Preheat the oven.
In a medium bowl mix all the dry ingredients.
In another bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, vanilla and coconut oil.
Add the berries and walnuts to the mix, place in baking dish and bake for 35 to 40 mins.
