Oat biscuits

These healthy oat biscuits are super easy to make and are great for the kid's lunch boxes.

Ingredients

  • 80 g butter
  • 120 g oat
  • 120 g plain flour
  • 120 g brown sugar
  • 1 medium egg
  • half tsp cinnamon
  • half tsp baking soda
  • half tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 80 g chopped chocolate

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix well.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls.
  • Place on an a lined baking tray and bake until golden brown.
