These healthy oat biscuits are super easy to make and are great for the kid's lunch boxes.

- 80 g butter
- 120 g oat
- 120 g plain flour
- 120 g brown sugar
- 1 medium egg
- half tsp cinnamon
- half tsp baking soda
- half tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 80 g chopped chocolate
Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Mix well.
Roll the mixture into small balls.
Place on an a lined baking tray and bake until golden brown.
