Frittata con piselli e parmigiano / Omelette with peas and parmesan

Ingredients

  • 250 g Piselli / Peas
  • 25 ml Latte / Milk
  • 1 Scalogno / Shallot
  • 100 g Parmigiano / Parmesan
  • 4 Uova / Eggs
  • Qb Olio evo / Extra virgin olive oil
  • Qb Sale / Salt

Instructions

  • Italian - Per realizzare la frittata occorre cuocere i piselli con scalogno, sale e olio; fare raffreddare. Sbattere le uova in una casseruola con latte e parmigiano. Aggiungere alle uova sbattute i piselli e cuocere in padella con poco olio, ben calda.
  • English - To make the omelette it is necessary to cook the peas with shallots, salt and oil; let it cool. Beat the eggs in a saucepan with milk and Parmesan. Add the peas to the beaten eggs and cook in a pan with a little oil, very hot. Enjoy your meal ! Buon appetito !
