- 25 ml Latte / Milk
- 1 Scalogno / Shallot
- 100 g Parmigiano / Parmesan
- 4 Uova / Eggs
- Qb Olio evo / Extra virgin olive oil
- Qb Sale / Salt
Italian - Per realizzare la frittata occorre cuocere i piselli con scalogno, sale e olio; fare raffreddare.
Sbattere le uova in una casseruola con latte e parmigiano. Aggiungere alle uova sbattute i piselli e cuocere in padella con poco olio, ben calda.
