Ingredients

  • 2 ounces salmon
  • 2 tsp low fat cheese
  • 1/4 ounce red onion
  • 1 handful arugula
  • 1/2 tsp glowing or dried basil
  • 1 pinch pepper

Instructions

  • heat the flannel cake withinside the kitchen appliance or microwave (pro tip: heat it amongst two quantities of dampish towel to stay it from drying out).
  • combine along with the cheese, basil, and pepper, then unfold it onto the flannel cake.
  • prime it off with the salmon, arugula, and finely sliced onion.
