- 1 low-carb flour fanne cake
- 2 ounces salmon
- 2 tsp low fat cheese
- 1/4 ounce red onion
- 1 handful arugula
- 1/2 tsp glowing or dried basil
- 1 pinch pepper
heat the flannel cake withinside the kitchen appliance or microwave (pro tip: heat it amongst two quantities of dampish towel to stay it from drying out).
combine along with the cheese, basil, and pepper, then unfold it onto the flannel cake.
prime it off with the salmon, arugula, and finely sliced onion.
Roll up the wrap and enjoy!
