Blood Orange Granita
Refreshing dessert for using a bounty of Blood Oranges.
    Ingredients
- 500 ml Blood orange juiced
 - 250 ml Simple sugar syrup
 
Instructions
- Combine juice of blood oranges with cooled sugar syrup.
 - Pour into metal tray and freeze overnight.
 - Scrape from the sides with a fork to break ice. Keep working until ice resembles soft crystals.
 - Squeeze over juice of one lime to finish and serve.
