Refreshing dessert for using a bounty of Blood Oranges.

Cook Time 8 hrs
- 500 ml Blood orange juiced
- 250 ml Simple sugar syrup
Combine juice of blood oranges with cooled sugar syrup.
Pour into metal tray and freeze overnight.
Scrape from the sides with a fork to break ice. Keep working until ice resembles soft crystals.
Squeeze over juice of one lime to finish and serve.
