Chocolate muffins 🍫

Muffins are perfect for both breakfast and snack. Among so many recipes, I think the chocolate ones are truly unbeatable!

  • 220 g Flour
  • 160 g Caster sugar
  • 40 g Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 100 ml Sunflower oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 50 g Dark chocolate
  • 8 g Baking powder
  • 2 g Baking soda
  • 1 g Salt


  • Chocolate chips


  • Mix all the powders together: flour, sugar, cocoa, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
  • Add the liquid ingredients: milk, oil and the egg lightly beaten with a fork.
  • At this point, add the chopped dark chocolate, then pour the mixture into the muffin pan.
  • Garnish the surface with chocolate chips.
  • Bake in a static oven at 190°C (180°C in a convection oven) for the first 6 minutes, then lower the temperature to 170°C (150°C in a convection oven) and cook for 15 more minutes. Enjoy 😁
