Muffins are perfect for both breakfast and snack. Among so many recipes, I think the chocolate ones are truly unbeatable!

Mixture
- 220 g Flour
- 160 g Caster sugar
- 40 g Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 250 ml Milk
- 100 ml Sunflower oil
- 1 Egg
- 50 g Dark chocolate
- 8 g Baking powder
- 2 g Baking soda
- 1 g Salt
Mix all the powders together: flour, sugar, cocoa, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
Add the liquid ingredients: milk, oil and the egg lightly beaten with a fork.
At this point, add the chopped dark chocolate, then pour the mixture into the muffin pan.
Garnish the surface with chocolate chips.
Bake in a static oven at 190°C (180°C in a convection oven) for the first 6 minutes, then lower the temperature to 170°C (150°C in a convection oven) and cook for 15 more minutes. Enjoy ?
