Monkey mousse (Chocolate-banana-hazelnut cream)
It's a super simple dessert with only 3 ingredients that can be made in 5 minutes! In addition, it is vegan, gluten and lactose free. And it's perfect for beakfast as well. So, who will try it?
Ingredients
- 300 g banana
- 90 g peanut butter
- 100 g dark chocolate
- For the top: toasted unsalted peanuts and dark chocolate
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave (or over a water bath).
- Blend the bananas.
- Add the melted chocolate and peanut butter to the banana. Blend them for a few second for creamy texture.
- Pour into 2-3 smaller glasses. Put in the refrigerator for a few hours. Decorate with chopped chocolate and peanuts.
