A soup to be shared and cooked with friends... perfect for any season.
- 1 l Chicken or vegetable stock
- 4 tsp Tomato paste
- 2 Tins of chickpeas
- 2 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 4 clove Garlic
- 1 sprig Rosemary
- 1 Parmesan and rind
- 1 Box of farfalle pasta
- Add stock, chickpeas, tomato paste, salt, pepper and garlic gloves into a pot and bring to boil.
- Reduce to simmer and add pasta, chopped rosemary, parmesan rind, olive oil and cook pasta to packet instructions.
