The Story

Our friend Soo used to make this recipe on Sunday night for our young children and parents alike.

Soo’s soup

A soup to be shared and cooked with friends... perfect for any season.

Cook Time 15 mins


  • 1 l Chicken or vegetable stock
  • 4 tsp Tomato paste
  • 2 Tins of chickpeas
  • 2 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 1 sprig Rosemary
  • 1 Parmesan and rind
  • 1 Box of farfalle pasta


  • Add stock, chickpeas, tomato paste, salt, pepper and garlic gloves into a pot and bring to boil.
  • Reduce to simmer and add pasta, chopped rosemary, parmesan rind, olive oil and cook pasta to packet instructions.
