The Story

So easy to make with this beneficial fruit !

I always wanted to make something out of this beautiful fruit. In my childhood i used to add sugar or salt and eat it raw. It was amazing to try a different recipe and I'm very happy on how it turned out !

Passion Fruit Mousse

Tartness balanced with sweetness with just 5 ingredients!

Prep Time 20 mins


  • 1 cup Whipping cream
  • 1 handful Sugar
  • 15-20 medium Biscuit
  • 62 g Melted butter
  • 2 medium Passion fruit


  • For the first layer, crush the biscuit and pour the melted butter. Mix them nicely and place it in the glass as the first layer.
  • Whip the cream until it becomes super thick, add sugar as per your taste, add the passion fruit juice (1 fruit) and gently fold it with a spatula. Pour this into the glass as the second layer.
  • Garnish your mousse as per your want. Here I have mixed the passion fruit seeds with some sugar and added on top to give it a quick look ! And some mint leaves for the deco! Tartness balanced with sweetness which keeps you healthy because the fruit is full of benefits !
