Ingredients
Dough
- 300 g lukewarm milk
- 150 g corn oil
- 8 g dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 medium egg
- 550 g flour
Spread
- 1 medium egg
- 2 tbs milk
Stuffing
- 150 g feta cheese
- 10 small sausages
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients with a whisk, putting the flour last, kneading by hand.
- Our dough will become soft without sticking to the hands.
- Open with a rolling pin into a sheet (about 1 cm thick) and fill with cheese or sausage. About 20 pieces come out.
