When your bread is heady and hot from your oven, the only thing you want is just greek olive oil and feta cheese and you have the most delicious lunch. The time when your homemade bread is ready and your child waits for you to serve it is perfect!
- 1 kg Flour
- 1.5 tsp Salt
- 9 g Yeast
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 5 tbs Olive oil
- 680 g Water
- In a large bowl mix all the ingredients until you have a fine dough.
- Cover your bowl with a cling film and leave it in your fridge for 4 to 12 hours. (More time = better dough.)
- After you turn on your oven at 230 celcius you put a deep pan inside.
- When the oven is ready put your bread in for 30 minutes, cover it and then another 10 minutes uncovered.
