Mini cheese and sausage pies

They are fluffy, they are delicious and they fit at any time of the day. They are the delicious CHEESE PIE and SAUSAGE PIE with easy and fluffy dough that you would eat plain!

  • 300 g lukewarm milk
  • 150 g corn oil
  • 8 g dry yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 medium egg
  • 550 g flour


  • 1 medium egg
  • 2 tbs milk


  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 10 small sausages


  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients with a whisk, putting the flour last, kneading by hand.
  • Our dough will become soft without sticking to the hands.
  • Open with a rolling pin into a sheet (about 1 cm thick) and fill with cheese or sausage. About 20 pieces come out. 
  • Spread with the egg-milk mixture and bake in a pan with oil paste in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20 ′.
