The Story
I've been hearing rumours about this sandwich floating around, but could never seem to get a solid grasp on the particulars. The thought of a walleye (or pickerel for some of us in Canada) reuben definitely peaked my interest though. Through some online sleuthing, I discovered that diners and restaurants around Minnesota seem to carry it on menus, but recipes and information about this reuben variation were pretty scarce.
