Mango Ice cream

The Story
Every summer when mangoes are in season I use this no churn ice cream recipe. It works well with fresh strawberry, coffee, melted chocolate or chips or simply flavor it with vanilla and serve with poached peaches on the side. One can make tubs of different flavors for the summer and will keep your guests happy who drops in unexpectedly.

Mango Ice cream

No churn, just two ingredients or ok make it three, easy peasy icecream in just a few minutes.

Ingredients

  • 400 g 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 cup fresh cream chilled
  • 1 cup mango puree

Instructions

  • Chill the can of condensed milk or vice versa empty the can into a bowl and chill.
  • Using a hand mixer to whip up the chilled cream to stiff peaks.
  • Blend in the chilled condensed milk and mango puree. Mix it well together.
  • Pour into a freezer friendly container to freeze overnight or more.
  • Serve scoops of it with slices of fresh mango.
