This hearty dish, made with meat and vegetables in a spicy sauce, is perfect for these days when we need a real comfort food.

- 100 g Ground meat
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 clove Garlic
- 4 small Potatoes
- 1 small Red bell pepper
- 1 medium Carrot
- 8 whole Mushrooms
- 1 l Vegetable stock
- 1 tbs Chopped tomatoes
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- 1 tsp Spicy paprika
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
Peel potatoes and red pepper into cubes not too small and cut the carrot and the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Mix the meat with the spices.
In a large pot, add a splash of olive oil and cook the garlic with the onion. After 2 minutes, add the seasoned meat and stir occasionally. Add the chopped tomatoes.
Next, add the potatoes and the carrot, cover with the vegetable stock and bring to boil for 15 minutes, then add the pepper and the mushrooms.
Let it simmer until the potatoes are done. Finally, season again if it needs it.
Serve with finely chopped parsley.
