The Story
Spices used in South Indian Tamal cuisine are set according to the precepts laid down by Ayurveda. Centuries old, the spices are scientifically proven to have medicinal properties that go beyond modern science and cures. And surprisingly enough they are sufficient to give a Divine taste to any dish. In this video we follow the ancient home makers who discovered these amazing spices that are stocked in every Tambram kitchen.
