Love naan with gravy? But what about a naan burger? This creamy, sauce-filled naan with juicy chicken patties will enhance your taste buds. This burger is a fusion of Indian tastes which will surely make you fall in love with it. This is the favorite snack that my family enjoys to eat, especially during Ramadan.

Naan
- 2 cup maida (wheat flour)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup curd
Patties
- 500 g boneless chicken
- 4 pieces of bread
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 4 tsp pepper powder
- salt to taste
Sauce
- 5 tbs mayonnaise
- 2 tsp pepper powder
- 2 tsp schezwan sauce
- 3 tsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tbs oregano powder
For the naan, mix the maida, salt, baking powder, baking soda with the curd.
Knead it and rest for two hours.
Roll it into an oval shape and half fry.
For the patties, grind all ingredients together and shape it into patties. Resting the ground chicken for half and hour makes it easier to shape into patties.
For the sauce, mix all ingredients together and make a good orange coloured sauce.
Now assemble the naan burger by adding the sauce and patties inside the naan. You can also add lettuce, onion or any other veggies you prefer.
Apply some butter and coriander leaves and grill it with a grill machine or grill pan.
