Moroccan almond macaroons
These macaroons are loved by every household in Morocco, they are delicious. Almonds are part of the Moroccan cuisine sweet or savory.

Ingredients
250ggAlmond flour
3Egg whites
150gIcing sugar
1tspBlossom water
1pinchSalt
Instructions
In a bowl, beat the egg whites with icing sugar until they are well combined and smooth.
Add a pinch of salt, the blossom water (optional) and whisk.
Then start adding the almond flour bit by bit and mixing at the same time. Leave the batter rest for 15 minutes.
In the meantime, preheat the oven 180 degrees.
Put some baking paper on an oven tray, grease your hands with vegetable oil and start shaping your macaroons into balls (as big as golf balls). Make a little hole in the middle and put a peeled almond in it like seen in the picture.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Leave them to cool before serving them on a nice plate . Enjoy with mint tea or coffee.
